I have been in the industry since 1999 and was an employee with a well-known St. Catharines, Ontario, travel agency which merged with Vision Travel Solutions in 2016.
I also believe in constantly upgrading my knowledge and have received training certificates - many taken in destination - Alaska, Bermuda, Barbados, the Rocky Mountaineer Rail experience, Couples resorts in Jamaica and escorted motorcoach leader Globus and Manulife travel insurance.
